Traconn

Uniper SE is a German-based energy company that was founded in 2016. It operates in the fields of power generation, global energy trading, and energy storage. Uniper is one of the largest energy companies in Europe and has a presence in more than 40 countries worldwide.

As a member of the product team at Publicis Sapient, I took part in building a new digital tool for Uniper SE: Traconn.

The Traconn system delivers a new digital approach to contract management with embedded business logic that allows you to seamlessly manage your asset and trading portfolio across a suite of products – stand alone or as a coherent ecosystem.

It is designed to help bring businesses together. In the past, every time someone concluded a contract, they would go back to their organization and begin the task of loading it into their systems. Their counterpart would do the exact same thing in their systems. Traconn allows companies to build accurate, secure, shared representations of contracts; reducing workload and ensuring updates can be made known to all parties instantly.
